About the Role

Keith Electronics Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Diploma holder in Electronics & Telecommunication for the position of Sales & Service Engineer based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. This role involves selling optical fiber machines and telecom equipment, providing technical support, and managing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell optical fiber machines, OTDR, Power Meters, and related telecom devices.
• Identify and nurture sales leads through effective lead generation techniques.
• Engage in both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) sales processes.
• Offer technical assistance in PCB testing and component repair tasks.
• Perform servicing and maintenance of optical fiber machinery.
• Maintain and update daily reports on sales and service activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication is mandatory.
• Sound understanding of PCB testing and repair methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and capability to handle customers effectively.
• A sales-focused approach combined with strong technical knowledge.
