Sales Representative - Product Advisor (Telesales)

Position Overview

Shaadi.com is recruiting Product Advisors for telesales based in Bangalore, Koramangala. This opportunity is designed for candidates proficient in both English and Kannada who have a background in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales. The role mainly involves remote customer interactions to promote and close sales.

Key Responsibilities

As a Product Advisor in the telesales team, you will interact directly with clients to promote our products, handle customer inquiries, and close sales effectively. Experience in collections, upselling, or renewals will be useful in this role.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in telesales, telecalling, inside or outbound sales, collections, upselling, or renewals.
• Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory for effective communication.
• Educational qualification of HSC pass or graduate level.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and convince potential clients.
• Experience in managing customers and successfully closing sales is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly take-home salary up to ₹22,000, dependent on previous salary and profile.

Working Schedule

• Shift timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• One weekday off on a rotational basis.
