Sales Representative

Role overview

This position is part of the B2B sales team and is centered on selling VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) and CAC (Commercial Air Conditioning) solutions. The goal is to expand market presence, win new business, and keep strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end users so the company’s products remain a top choice for projects.

Key responsibilities

• Present and market VRF and CAC solutions to consultants, contractors, and end users.
• Identify fresh business leads and opportunities that help increase market share.
• Develop enduring, trust-based relationships with major customers and decision-makers.
• Work toward and surpass assigned sales targets.
• Draft quotations, commercial proposals, and product presentations.
• Track projects from the first enquiry through closing and final delivery.
• Keep an eye on market changes, pricing movements, and competitor actions to uncover new growth opportunities.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a closely related discipline.
• Background in HVAC sales, with preference for experience handling VRF and CAC systems.
• Good knowledge of air-conditioning products and the full project-based sales process.
• A pre-existing network among consultants, contractors, and end users is an added advantage.
• Strong abilities in communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Excellent English fluency; Arabic language skills are beneficial.
