About the Role

The primary objective of this position is to meet sales targets and manage collection efforts for assigned dermatology products. This involves exploring sales opportunities within the territory, establishing and nurturing relationships with potential and existing customers, promoting the product line, following up on orders and payments, supporting customers post-sale, and monitoring competitor activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough analysis and documentation of customer preferences, business potential, and competitor activities within the assigned area.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and strategic action plans for dermatology products aligned with company policies, submitting these for supervisory endorsement.
  • Act as AMICO's authorized representative, engaging with a professional audience of surgeons and healthcare practitioners to promote and sell dermatology products.
  • Identify and connect with target customers and influential stakeholders to evaluate sales potential and drive product promotion and sales efforts.
  • Participate actively in marketing initiatives including events, conferences, workshops, and promotional campaigns relevant to the territory and product accounts.
  • Deliver customer in-service support to ensure satisfaction and product familiarity.
  • Provide expert technical assistance related to equipment installation, activation, usage, and routine maintenance.
  • Report on progress regarding action plans, customer feedback, sales achievements, and competitive dynamics.
  • Build and sustain professional relationships with medical staff including surgeons, nurses, and clinical personnel.
  • Assist doctors and support staff with equipment setup and installation processes.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Bachelor's degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related disciplines from a recognized institution is required.
  • Experience ranging from 1 to 3 years in a comparable role is preferred; however, fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude will be considered.
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building abilities combined with persuasive sales skills and sound business insight.
