Everlast Gyms seeks a Sales Host who will be the welcoming face for members and guests entering the facility. This role transcends reception duties, involving active member engagement, sales promotion, retention efforts, as well as key holder and operational responsibilities. The Sales Host contributes integral support to delivering an exceptional experience for each visitor.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage members and visitors, ensuring interactions are positive, friendly, and professional.
• Assist with membership sales and retention by offering excellent customer service and knowledgeable guidance.
• Promote additional in-club products and services to enhance secondary revenue targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the gym premises.
• Fulfill key holder duties, including opening and closing the club on occasion.
• Manage administrative tasks, utilizing membership management software efficiently.
• Keep abreast of ongoing fitness challenges, classes, and gym floor activities to encourage member participation.
• Support the Fitness Manager and team in implementing gym floor initiatives.
• Handle member feedback and complaints with professionalism, escalating issues appropriately.
• Experience and understand available products and services to confidently provide recommendations to members.
