Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) LLP in Kannur, Kerala. This role involves meeting daily and monthly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales by inviting customers to the store and introducing them to the MYOP concept.
• Demonstrate and present products effectively, assisting customers in selecting the right perfume.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize merchandise displays within the store.
• Manage stock through audits, placing requests with the head office, and validating incoming inventory.
• Complete daily sales reports (DSR) and checklists consistently.
• Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures (SOP), store etiquette, and operational hours.
• Assist the store manager with stock management and ensure timely completion of training sessions.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly, escalating to the customer experience department when necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Preferably graduates with at least two years of experience in retail sales within B2C sectors.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication skills are essential, along with a strong passion for sales.
• Capability to communicate fluently in multiple languages is required.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly salary ranging between 12,000 and 16,000 INR.
