About the Role
This position involves managing and leading a team of financial advisors within the agency channel for a life insurance company. The Sales Executive will play a key role in recruiting, training, and coordinating with their team to drive business growth.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee a team of financial advisors focused on promoting company products and achieving sales targets.
- Recruit new team members from various sources to strengthen and expand the agency network.
- Collaborate with senior management to train the team on company products, investment plans, and sales strategies.
- Plan and coordinate activities with the team at all stages to boost the company's business performance.
- Drive business generation through the efforts of the team and personal involvement.
- Accompany team members on customer visits to better understand and meet client needs.
- Assess client requirements carefully and provide tailored information and recommendations about suitable insurance products.

The recruited team members are commission-based and off-roll employees, whereas the Sales Executive position is an on-roll role within the company, ensuring stable employment benefits.
