Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Drive sales by engaging walk-in customers, leveraging referrals, conducting field visits, and utilizing digital marketing channels.
- Assess customer needs and suggest vehicles that align with their preferences and financial plans.
- Showcase vehicle features through demonstrations, highlighting specifications and advantages.
- Support customers during test drives to enhance their purchasing experience.
- Prepare and present price quotations, negotiate within company limits, and finalize sales agreements.
- Collaborate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery departments to guarantee prompt vehicle handover.
- Meet or exceed sales goals set on monthly and quarterly bases.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer communications, inquiries, and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Establish enduring customer relationships to promote repeat purchases and referrals.
- Continuously update knowledge on product lines, competitor products, ongoing promotions, and prevailing market trends.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Educational qualification: Graduate in any field preferred; however, candidates with 12th pass and relevant sales experience may also apply.
- Preferred experience of 1 to 3 years in automobile sales, retail sales, or customer-oriented positions; however, applicants with no prior experience but possessing solid communication and sales skills are encouraged.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent negotiation capabilities, and ability to interact effectively with customers.
- Customer-centric approach with a proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are advantageous.
- Holding a valid driving license is preferred.
- Willing to undertake local travel for client meetings and promotional events.
- Availability to work during weekends and perform efficiently in a dynamic, target-driven sales environment.
