About the Company

Primary Responsibilities
- Initiate leads through inbound customer inquiries, outbound calls, referrals, online platforms, and networking efforts.
- Comprehend client needs regarding property type, budget, location preferences, and investment goals.
- Advise clients on appropriate residential, commercial, plotted, or investment properties.
- Arrange and conduct property presentations and onsite visits for prospects.
- Establish and sustain effective relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
- Regularly follow up with prospects to convert leads into confirmed sales.
- Negotiate pricing and payment plans collaborating with developers and management teams.
- Liaise with legal, CRM, accounts, and operations departments to ensure smooth documentation and booking processes.
- Maintain detailed records of leads, visits, sales, and follow-ups within the CRM system.
- Monitor market developments, competitor projects, pricing, and regulatory frameworks such as RERA.
- Meet monthly sales targets, revenue milestones, and customer satisfaction KPIs.
- Drive repeat business and referrals by providing excellent after-sales support.
Skills and Qualifications
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong selling, negotiation, and deal-closing capabilities.
- Customer-focused consultative sales approach.
- Confident in delivering presentations and managing site visits.
- Ability to perform under sales targets and tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with the local real estate market.
- Basic knowledge of property legalities, home loans, and RERA guidelines.
- Proficient with MS Office and CRM applications.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in any field and have 1 to 3 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for sales can also apply. Ownership of a vehicle and a valid driving license is advantageous.
