Sales Executive

Overview

GuardX360 seeks an experienced Sales Coordinator specialized in CCTV and Electronic Security Systems to manage and streamline the sales operations. The role involves close collaboration with the sales team and multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination across the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries regarding CCTV and various security system solutions.
• Work closely with the sales team for the allotment of leads and timely follow-up actions.
• Formulate and dispatch quotations covering products such as CCTV, Access Control systems, Boom Barriers, Turnstiles, ANPR, Biometric technologies, Video Door Phones (VDP), Solar Fencing, Parking Management solutions, and AMC services.
• Maintain comprehensive records of leads, sales opportunities, quotations, and follow-ups utilizing Zoho CRM software.
• Organize and coordinate site surveys involving engineers and customers to understand on-site requirements effectively.

This position requires strong collaboration skills to liaise efficiently among customers, vendors, and operations teams, ensuring seamless communication and project progression.
