Job Opportunity: Sales Engineer / Sales Executive

H Polybit Trading & Contracting (HPT), located in Doha, Qatar, is actively seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to enhance their team. This role is open to both male and female applicants.

Key Responsibilities and Targets

• Achieve a monthly sales target of QAR 250,000.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to boost business growth.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the waterproofing and construction product markets.
• Engage in direct field work by visiting project sites and meeting clients.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering or relevant technical field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably related to waterproofing or construction products.
• Sound understanding of waterproofing systems and construction-related materials.
• Possession of a valid Qatar driving license.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Strong orientation towards sales targets and results.
• Willingness and capability to work on-site frequently.

Employment Terms and Additional Details

• This is a full-time position based on-site in Qatar.
• A probation period of 6 months applies.
