Role Overview

At Spencer's, the Sales Associate plays a vital role in delivering excellent guest service according to company standards. This position supports the store management team in driving sales and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales through exceptional customer interaction and service.
• Maintain store appearance by conducting housekeeping and merchandising tasks.
• Handle pricing, signing, and point-of-sale (POS) operations accurately.
• Implement loss prevention strategies in line with company policies.

Requirements and Physical Demands

• Minimum age: 17 years.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift weights up to 50 pounds.
• Capable of standing and walking for up to 8 hours during a shift.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage between $17.85 and $18.10, determined by qualifications and experience.
