About the Role

We invite enthusiastic and articulate individuals to become a Sales Associate at our office in Gota, Ahmedabad. This on-site position operates during US shift hours (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM), Monday through Friday. Candidates should have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The role involves engaging with potential clients, generating leads, and cultivating strong business relationships while aiming to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Approach and connect with prospective customers to generate new leads.
• Present and clarify our services effectively to build lasting client partnerships.
• Persistently follow up with leads to successfully close sales deals.
• Maintain and update CRM data along with preparing daily sales reports.
• Consistently meet or exceed personal and team sales goals.

Candidate Profile

• Outstanding verbal communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Highly target-driven with a strong motivation to succeed independently.
• Demonstrated ability in follow-up and nurturing client relationships.
