Join Footasylum as a Sales Assistant at our Blackburn store, working full-time for 37.5 hours per week on a rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday. Core Responsibilities

• Create complete styled looks for customers including footwear, apparel, accessories, and care products, understanding the latest trends.
• Develop in-depth product knowledge covering silhouettes, performance technology, materials, and care for each item.
• Lead store activities during launch days, exclusive drops, styling events, and brand promotions, energizing the in-store atmosphere.
• Drive sales performance, meet KPIs, increase basket sizes, and actively contribute to team achievements.
• Maintain a welcoming and organized store environment with impeccable visual displays and well-managed stock.
