Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
• Support customers through various services including pawnbroking, retail sales, and financial products.

Compensation and Work Conditions

The starting wage is £12.75 per hour, equivalent to approximately £24,863 per year, with a raise to £13.44 following successful completion of training. Full flexibility to work Monday through Sunday is required. Additionally, there is the potential to earn discretionary bonuses up to £2,000 annually based on performance metrics.
