Role Overview
As a Sales & Accounts Executive, you will be pivotal in introducing BetterLetter to GP practices and primary care networks across the UK. This relationship-focused position involves collaborating with practice managers and clinical leads to alleviate their administrative challenges by demonstrating how BetterLetter can streamline operations, raise data quality, and ultimately free time for patient care. You'll join in an influential capacity during an early growth stage, shaping market presence, event management, and product communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage GP practices and PCNs through targeted outreach, inbound leads, and networking to develop a pipeline of fruitful opportunities.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations remotely and at various UK events, clearly outlining the benefits and USPs of BetterLetter.
- Organize, set up, and manage participation in tradeshows, including travel and logistics, to generate leads and enhance brand awareness.
- Manage sales cycles from initial contact through to closing, maintaining progress while nurturing customer relationships.
- Maintain precise and current CRM records, tracking pipeline stages and client communications.
- Educate potential customers on how the product improves efficiency, accuracy, and compliance within clinical letter processing.
- Gather and relay market intelligence, including client feedback, workflow challenges, and competitor insights, to product and marketing teams.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, account management, customer success, or healthcare operations.
- Familiarity with SaaS products and CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Copper.
- Excellent communication skills paired with a genuine interest in client interactions.
- Strong enthusiasm for healthcare technology and innovation in care delivery.
- Self-driven with the ability to independently manage time and sales pipeline in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Quick learner adaptable to dynamic operational conditions.
- Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel across the UK for events and client meetings, including transporting tradeshow materials.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of UK primary care workflows or clinical coding systems such as SNOMED, QOF, or IIF.
- Experience utilizing productivity and BI tools like Airtable, Superblocks, Trello, or Linear.
- Exposure to healthcare software platforms such as EMIS, SystmOne, or Docman.
