Job Summary
As a Rooms Quality Inspector within our Housekeeping team, you will oversee the condition of guest rooms to ensure cleanliness and comfort, playing a vital role in creating a memorable guest experience. This permanent position offers a starting wage of $21.95 per hour and begins in August 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Room Attendants with the necessary tools and supplies to start their shifts effectively.
- Conduct floor inspections to confirm adequate linen and guest supplies are ready for daily operations.
- Examine the cleanliness of guest rooms, work areas, and guest corridors, ensuring hallways remain clear of linen and food trays.
- Monitor the arrival schedule of groups and tours to guarantee rooms are prepared on time.
- Support Room Attendants by assisting with room cleaning as required by operational demands.
Qualifications
- At least one year of experience working as a Room Attendant.
- Physically capable of performing demanding tasks and managing work pressure well.
- Ability to handle physically strenuous duties involving repetitive bending, lifting up to 100 pounds, pulling, carrying, and pushing heavy loads.
- Availability to work holidays, weekends, overnight, and other non-standard shifts as needed.
