Role Purpose

The Room Attendant is an essential team member within the Housekeeping department, responsible for maintaining immaculate guest rooms with meticulous attention to detail. This role demands not only individual effort in cleaning but also cooperative teamwork and guest assistance to ensure a memorable and positive stay experience.

Key Duties

• Comprehensively clean guest rooms including linen replacement, bathroom sanitation, and surface cleaning to exceed guest expectations.
• Adhere strictly to the company's cleaning standards and operational procedures.
• Organize and replenish housekeeping trolleys to keep supplies ready and accessible.
• Exercise careful use of cleaning products in line with safety measures protecting both guests and staff.
• Honor guest privacy and security to maintain a comfortable environment.
• Promptly communicate any maintenance requirements to management to uphold high-quality accommodations.

• Prior cleaning or room attendant experience is favorable.
