Role Overview

As a Room Attendant, you are essential to crafting exceptional guest experiences through meticulous attention to detail and creating elegantly presented guest rooms that echo Sofitel's renowned comfort and style.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional cleanliness and appearance in every guest room.
• Prepare guest rooms with care, including bed-making, replenishing toiletries, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, and dusting to elevate the guest’s comfort.
• Maintain housekeeping tools and supplies efficiently and responsibly.
• Adhere to Sofitel’s brand policies with consistency, pride, and professionalism.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere that anticipates and meets guest needs.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping, preferably in a luxury or high-end setting.
• Dedicated passion for delivering upscale, five-star guest service.
• Physical fitness with a focus on practicing safe manual handling techniques.
• Exceptional attention to detail and high standards of room presentation.
• Strong teamwork skills and flexibility to work varied shifts on a rotating roster.
• Effective time management and a proactive approach to enhancing guest satisfaction.
