Key Responsibilities

• Ensure guest rooms are cleaned and maintained following the hotel's standard operating procedures and quality benchmarks.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols including health, chemical handling, and equipment usage guidelines.
• Manage and keep updated records of linens, uniforms, and inventories, maintaining required stock levels.
• Handle lost and found items diligently with precise record-keeping.
• Work to reduce waste of linens, amenities, and other housekeeping supplies.
• Promptly report any suspicious activities or incidents to uphold hotel security.
• Address VIP and special guest requests efficiently and courteously.
• Maintain and clean all housekeeping equipment regularly to ensure proper functioning.
• Immediately inform management of room damages, losses, or maintenance needs.
• Remove room service items timely and update room status accurately in the system.
• Notify Housekeeping Management about extended no-service rooms, prolonged "Do Not Disturb" statuses, and any unusual observations.
