Rookie Pest Control Technician

Role overview

Rentokil Pest Control is hiring an enthusiastic Rookie Pest Control Technician to support customers across Dublin 6, including Rathmines and Ranelagh. This is a permanent, full-time position with a 39-hour working week. The role comes with a base salary of €30,300 per year, paid on a monthly basis.

Full training will be provided, so previous pest control experience is not required.

What you'll do

• Maintain a reliable, high-quality service for your assigned customer base.
• Advise customers on pest control issues and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports after each visit so clients understand the actions taken on their premises.
• Work toward delivering a complete resolution to each pest issue.
• Present yourself professionally at all times by staying neat, clean, and well groomed.

Requirements

• Hold a full, clean driving licence.
• Show genuine interest in pest control and be comfortable with heights and pests.
• Communicate well in both written and spoken English.
• Manage your time effectively and prioritise a busy workload.
• Bring a positive, customer-focused attitude and look for opportunities to generate new business.
