Compensation & Schedule

Enjoy guaranteed earnings of 36,685 in your first year, inclusive of allowances, with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) potential up to 47,000 for top performers. You can expect to work approximately 40 hours weekly, with flexible shift pattern options allowing you to tailor your work schedule to your lifestyle. Shift lengths and number of rest days annually will fluctuate depending on your chosen pattern.

Role Responsibilities

• Begin and end your workday right at your home driveway, with pay commencing the moment you enter your van and concluding upon return.
• Operate independently across multiple locations and varying weather or road conditions, while remaining integrated with a supportive team.
• Utilize your technical expertise and effective communication skills to ensure excellent customer service experiences.
• Assess and resolve roadside issues calmly and competently, addressing a broad spectrum of mechanical and vehicle problems on the spot.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• Holder of NVQ Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or an equivalent qualification coupled with relevant experience.
• Possession of a full UK category B driving licence with no more than six penalty points.
• Willingness and capability to adapt quickly to new technology and tools provided by the company.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays to respond to unpredictable breakdowns.
