Role Summary

The Revenue Analyst works under the Director of Revenue, developing and executing business performance reports and analytics to provide actionable insights on revenue trends both at the brand and property levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Revenue Management with administrative duties and reporting to support strategic Revenue Management initiatives.
• Provide backup assistance for the Reservations Manager when necessary to ensure continuity of strategy implementation.
• Monitor competitor pricing closely and evaluate the impact of pricing decisions on property results; conduct competitor analyses and share findings appropriately.
• Collaborate with the Director of Revenue Management in recognizing slower periods and crafting promotional strategies.
• Support adherence and execution of Four Seasons Revenue Management standards including rate plans, market segmentation, and PMS/ORS functionalities.
• Manage rate solicitations and maintain accurate rate plans as directed.
• Ensure compliance with Best Rate Guarantee policies and coordinate with management to reduce rate parity claims.
• Maintain up-to-date and precise Revenue Management data entries such as geographic source, product quality, and pricing; assist with budget preparation.
• Contribute to short- and long-term forecasts (30-90 days and beyond) working alongside the Director of Revenue Management to meet forecast accuracy targets.
• Participate actively in weekly strategy and daily operations meetings.
• Analyze ongoing and monthly data to prepare reports on production, trends, booking/stay patterns, and examine distribution channel performance.
• Utilize STR Reports to analyze competitor performance and recommend strategic adjustments.
• Maintain daily communication with Reservations, Front Office, and Sales teams to share and develop best practices.
• Deliver friendly, professional service exceeding guest expectations and adhere to hotel policies covering fire safety, hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
• Maintain professional appearance and punctuality, complying with employment legislation and hotel standards.
• Demonstrate flexibility by performing additional duties, including cross-department work, as needed to meet business and guest service demands.
• Participate in training sessions and undertake special projects assigned by senior management.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar luxury hospitality role.
• Strong command of English with proficient speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with effective verbal and written communication.
