About the Role

Securecorp invites dedicated Security Officers to serve retail sites in and around Penrith, delivering premium security services with an emphasis on excellent customer care while efficiently handling incidents and emergency situations. Both part-time and casual flexible schedules are available, accommodating diverse availability needs. Candidates must be willing to commit to ongoing permanent part-time or casual shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional, high-quality security paired with strong customer service.
• Perform guarding duties, patrols, and surveillance of premises consistently.
• Operate and manage site access control systems and uphold safety standards.
• React swiftly and professionally to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents.
• Assess potential security threats and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Document incidents meticulously with detailed reporting and record maintenance.

Skills and Experience Requirements

• Presents a valid NSW Security Licence, inclusive of the Crowd Controller endorsement.
• Maintains current First Aid and CPR certification credentials.
• Brings prior experience working in the security sector.
• Exhibits excellent communication and customer service capabilities.
• Can work efficiently both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Demonstrates professional appearance alongside a proactive and dependable work ethic.
