About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Retail Sales Executive to join our bookstore/retail outlet, located in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role involves direct interaction with customers at the counter and ensuring high-quality service throughout their shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting customers who visit the store to facilitate product selection.
• Processing billing and managing counter operations efficiently.
• Handling packaging of products ordered online to maintain order accuracy and presentation.
• Maintaining inventory records and ensuring stock availability.
• Keeping the store display attractive and the premises clean and organized.
• Facilitating a smooth and pleasant experience for all customers.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
• Basic knowledge of computers and billing systems is advantageous.
• Possess a positive demeanor with good customer handling abilities.
• Must be punctual and demonstrate a responsible work ethic.

Working Conditions

• Working on Saturdays and Sundays is mandatory.
• Employees are entitled to one day off per week.
