About the Role

Unique Collections invites applications for the position of Retail Sales Executive at a ladies clothing store. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong customer engagement abilities, helping shoppers select garments while aiming to meet set sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customers by guiding them in choosing women’s apparel.
• Describe product features to potential buyers and successfully convert inquiries into purchases.
• Uphold attractive store displays and maintain overall store organization.
• Consistently meet daily and monthly sales goals.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to enhance client satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification is completing 10th grade.
• No prior work experience required; fresh applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Fluency in both Hindi and Marathi languages is compulsory.

Work Schedule & Compensation

• Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily.
• Salary starts at ₹12,000 per month with additional sales incentives up to ₹5,000.

• Work location is at G Block, MIDC, near Ashtavinayak Ganpati Mandir, Madhusudan Housing Society, Shahunagar, Chinchwad, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra 411019.
