Key Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and professional responses to customer inquiries while offering practical solutions.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers to understand and meet their needs effectively.
• Encourage customer loyalty through outstanding support and service.
• Daily review and follow-up on order reports.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management.

Candidate Qualifications

• Demonstrated strong commitment to customer service excellence.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Capability to multitask efficiently while staying organized.
• Familiarity and proficiency using computers and Microsoft Office applications.
• Availability to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends, as needed.
