About the Role

This position involves creating and managing promotional displays, product placement, store presentation, and delivering exceptional customer service both at the counter and on the showroom floor.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure safety is a top priority for yourself, teammates, and customers. Provide attentive, accurate, and friendly assistance and advice to customers. Maintain high store standards through effective merchandising, planogram implementation, store dressing, and promotion setups. Handle stock operations including receiving, dispatching, and storing products, keeping the showroom well-stocked. Collaborate actively in a team environment and demonstrate enthusiasm and cooperation. Physical tasks include lifting, bending, and climbing.

Requirements

Applicants should be amenable to physical activities involved in merchandising and possess a customer-focused approach to work. Ability to work cooperatively within a team and maintain store presentation standards is essential.
