Job Overview
Join our team as a Retail Associate - Keyholder, also referred to as a Solutions Advisor - Keyholder, at Best Buy. This role involves ensuring the store is well-maintained while efficiently managing customer transactions including purchases, returns, and trade-ins. No prior experience is needed as everyday tech familiarity gives you a solid foundation, and comprehensive training will be provided to empower you with the skills needed to assist customers effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in various store areas to deliver a comprehensive customer experience — from product selection to service setup and transaction processing.
- Share your enthusiasm for technology alongside extensive product knowledge.
- Support store operations through opening and closing duties and managing merchandise receipts.
- Handle customer escalations and related issues during leader absences to ensure smooth store functioning.
Candidate Profile
- A strong desire to help customers and provide excellent service.
- Ability to adapt flexibly in a fast-moving, dynamic retail environment.
- Dedication to sustaining a safe, enjoyable workplace.
- Must meet the minimum legal age for your province (18 or 19) to process mobile activations.
