Restaurant Manager

Overview

Swagat Caterers P. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager with 5 to 7 years of experience in the hospitality sector, specifically with a background in luxury restaurants. Banquet management experience is an advantage. This role will be based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of daily operations within the restaurant and banquet services to ensure smooth functioning.
• Lead and manage staff, handle reservations, and ensure exceptional guest service throughout the establishment.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar, and marketing teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Manage events including brunch services and address any customer issues proactively.
• Maintain accurate operational records and uphold high service standards consistently.

Qualification and Skills

• Proven leadership capabilities complemented by strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Hindi and Gujarati is desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving aptitude alongside a commitment to superior customer service.
• Familiarity with basic Excel and experience with PetPooja and POS systems.
• Highly organized, professional demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Compensation

This position offers a monthly salary in the range of 50000 to 60000 INR.
