About the Role

Unifood Delights Private Limited is seeking a seasoned and responsible Restaurant Manager to lead and manage the daily functions of our restaurant located in Pune, Maharashtra. The candidate will be entrusted with overseeing all operational aspects to ensure seamless dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee everyday restaurant operations to maintain high standards.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor restaurant team members effectively.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints to uphold customer satisfaction.
• Manage billing processes and maintain accuracy at cash counters.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of food services to patrons.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout dining areas, kitchen, and overall premises.
• Adhere strictly to established SOPs, food safety, and hygiene protocols.
• Work closely with kitchen personnel to ensure smooth order processing.
• Manage staff attendance, shift rosters, and enforce discipline standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock as needed.
• Strive to meet daily sales targets and enhance operational efficiency.
