Role Summary
As a Reservation Executive located onsite in Lucknow, you will handle all aspects of booking management for BRIKitt's luxury holiday homes. This includes responding to customer inquiries via multiple communication channels, confirming reservations, maintaining accurate booking records, and facilitating seamless transitions from inquiry through to check-in. Coordination with sales and operations teams is essential to optimize property occupancy, manage booking modifications or cancellations, and support marketing promotions. Delivering excellent customer service and quick resolution of any customer concerns are vital to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and internal staff.
- Proven experience in customer service focused on resolving inquiries and fostering long-term client relationships.
- Hands-on familiarity with reservation workflows including booking, amendments, and cancellations.
- Basic sales capability to promote properties and upsell services contributing to revenue enhancement.
- Previous experience within hospitality, travel, or real estate reservation environments is preferred.
- Availability to operate on-site in Lucknow, with flexibility for peak times and weekends as necessary.
- Competence in using reservation or CRM software alongside standard office applications.
- Minimum academic qualification is a graduate degree or equivalent; certifications in hotel management or relevant fields are advantageous.
