Role Overview
The role supports SPIMACO’s Human Capital Finance team by handling administrative and clerical activities that keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. The position involves documentation, coordination, reporting support, and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to help the department meet its objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support administrative workflows that improve the efficiency of departmental operations.
- Manage everyday documentation, communication, and record-handling tasks.
- Help organize meetings, workshops, and other departmental activities.
- Assist with reporting, tracking variances, and checking compliance against policies, regulations, and standards.
- Work with teams to plan activities, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records and supporting files.
- Prepare, maintain, and update documents and data in relevant systems with accuracy and consistency.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, monitor schedules, and help align work with targets and deadlines.
- Support efforts to improve processes, solve operational issues, and apply best practices for better efficiency.
- Follow preventive controls and validation steps to maintain compliance and high-quality output.
- Ensure tasks are completed in line with instructions, internal procedures, and external requirements.
- Take part in training and development programs to strengthen job-specific, communication, and time-management skills.
- Contribute as a team player, follow supervisor direction, and complete assigned work on time.
- Assist in policy-related work, including development, implementation, and compliance support.
Education
A diploma in a relevant field is acceptable, as is a high school qualification.
Experience and Language Requirements
Applicants should have 0 to 3 years of experience. English proficiency is required, while Arabic proficiency is preferred.
