Remote Product Data Analyst

Role Overview

The Product Data Analyst is tasked with gathering, examining, and interpreting data to guide product strategy and enhance overall product performance. This role demands collaboration with various departments including product management, engineering, sales, and customer support to foster decisions grounded in data throughout the product development process.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the creation and maintenance of data roadmaps, performance dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across systems.
• Analyze transaction datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Conduct performance-related inquiries and support product experimentation using sophisticated modeling techniques.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of three years' experience in a similar analytical role.
• Proficiency with data visualization platforms such as Tableau or PowerBI.
• Experience managing data pipelines leveraging tools like Fivetran and BigQuery.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach in translating data insights into actionable strategies.
• Preferred experience with financial systems, documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs), and maintaining data governance standards.
