Remote Morning Shift Portability Advisor

About the Role

GEA Perú, a leading Contact Center and Assistance company, is expanding and seeks Advisors for the CLARO PERU campaign to work fully remote nationwide. The campaign focuses on promoting CLARO LA FIJA and Portability services.

Job Objective

The Advisor will contact current Claro clients and customers from other operators to offer Claro Hogar services, presenting exclusive promotions and benefits in internet, cable, and fixed telephony service. The goal is to increase activations and attract new clients to the campaign.

Working Hours

Fixed schedule from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with Sundays and public holidays off.

Economic Benefits

• Fixed base salary of S/1130
• Unlimited commission potential
• Welcome bonus of S/70 in September
• Retention bonus of S/300
• Perfect attendance bonus of S/200
• Training payment of S/160 (S/20 per training day)

Training Details

• 8 days of virtual training
• Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM via Google Meet
• Training start date: Saturday, July 18 (virtual)

Work Modality

This position is 100% remote.

Essential Requirements

• Own laptop or PC with wired internet connection is mandatory for remote work
