Relationship Officer

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic Relationship Officers to join our Corporate Events and Awards team. In this position, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of events and awards programs, offering guidance to stakeholders on program design, execution, and evaluation, while managing the organisation's performance and recognition framework.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing logistics, budgets, resources, and handling multiple priorities simultaneously. Collaboration with partners, stakeholders, and suppliers will be vital to achieve high-quality results within strict deadlines. Additionally, you will prepare comprehensive written materials such as proposals, project plans, briefings, reports, and award documentation. Supporting team growth through sharing knowledge, giving feedback, and onboarding new members will also be part of your duties.

This position could be ongoing or fixed-term and may be based in Adelaide, Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Geelong, Melbourne CBD, or Sydney CBD.
