Role overview
The company is looking for dynamic professionals from the prime housing and loan against property segment to help expand its secured lending business. In this role, you will help build and scale offline secured lending operations across Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Chennai, using a mix of digital app-based leads and field sourcing through channel partners and real estate developers. Disbursals will be driven through partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and HFCs.
Candidates with team-handling experience may be considered for the Cluster Manager position.
Key responsibilities
You will be responsible for owning city-level secured lending targets and improving the overall lending funnel from lead generation to disbursal.
- Deliver monthly disbursal targets for the assigned city.
- Convert leads generated through the app and open-market referrals into logins and disbursals.
- Strengthen and expand a referral network of brokers, connectors, local influencers, developers, and agents.
- Build productive relationships with multiple lending partners, including banks, NBFCs, and HFCs.
- Work with field and channel partners to increase lead flow and business conversion.
- Coordinate with central operations, credit, and product teams to manage escalations and reduce turnaround time.
- Track performance metrics such as lead-to-login and login-to-disbursal ratios.
- Monitor referrer activation and cost of acquisition for the business.
What the role needs
The ideal candidate should already be managing the prime segment in housing or LAP and should be comfortable working in field-driven secured lending sales.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in secured lending, especially Home Loans or LAP, with an NBFC or HFC.
- Preferred background in prime LAP.
- Experience handling on-ground channel management.
- Prior exposure to sales teams in secured lending.
Business focus areas
The business lines involved in this role include Home Loans, LAP, Micro LAP, and MSME LAP. Performance will be assessed on monthly HL and LAP disbursals, lead-to-login efficiency, login-to-disbursal conversion, referrer activation, and acquisition cost.
