Relationship Manager - Affordable Home Loan and Loan Against Property

Job Overview

This role focuses on managing and expanding relationships in the home loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) segment for a leading financial institution. It requires leading a team to meet business goals while maintaining customer satisfaction and compliance.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and promote product portfolios, specifically Vishwas Home Loans and LAP.
• Lead a team of executives to meet business objectives including loan volumes, cross-selling, and insurance sales.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with channels such as bank branches, Direct Sales Agents (DSA), and builders.
• Achieve designated team targets and overall sales volumes.
• Enhance team productivity alongside operational efficiency of the assigned location.
• Ensure superior customer satisfaction measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS) metrics.
• Effectively coordinate with various departments including Credit, Operations, Legal, and Technical teams to support business goals.
• Promote cross-selling of Current Account Savings Account (CASA) and Third Party Products (TPP).
• Maintain adherence to all business practices and regulatory compliance.

Candidate Requirements

• Professionals possessing 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management capabilities.
• Ability to influence internal teams and external channel partners to drive business outcomes.
• Preference will be given to candidates familiar with secured banking products.
