Job Purpose
The primary objective is to deliver training to Front Line Staff (FLS) and Advisors to enhance their job knowledge during induction and develop their skills through periodic workshops focused on recruitment and selling techniques, ultimately driving increased productivity in the assigned territory.
Job Context and Major Challenges
This role involves close collaboration with sales and training teams to ensure effective training coverage and adherence to regulatory and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales and training departments to identify training needs within the sales force.
- Conduct induction and capability-building sessions specifically designed for Advisors.
- Organize refresher training programs for Advisors to reinforce knowledge and skills.
- Administer feedback forms after each training and systematically compile and analyze responses.
- Maintain accurate records of training costs using a dedicated tracker.
- Ensure all newly onboarded Advisors and Agency Managers complete required ULIP and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) training prior to commencing sales activities.
- Keep thorough documentation to confirm compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
- Commit to ongoing personal development by completing the quarterly Aditya Disha e-learning course.
- Proactively pursue relevant professional courses to support role growth and development within designated timelines.
- Contribute to projects assigned by the Training and Professional Development (TPD) team as needed.
