Role Overview

The Regional Operations Director will operate in a full-time remote capacity, responsible for directing and optimizing the operational performance of portfolio companies within a specific region. Key duties include establishing regional operational objectives, tracking key performance metrics, and aligning activities with corporate strategies and investment goals. The role involves leading cross-disciplinary teams, spearheading process enhancements, budget management, and assisting leaders in attaining efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

Responsibilities

• Proven expertise in managing operations across multiple sites or regions with a track record in process optimization.
• Advanced analytical capabilities to interpret data, generate insights, and contribute to informed decision-making.
• Strong leadership skills with experience guiding diverse teams, mentoring managers, and promoting an inclusive, collaborative environment.
• Competency in budgeting and financial oversight to ensure effective regional budget management.
• Customer-focused mindset aimed at enhancing service quality and sustaining stakeholder relationships.
• Significant experience in senior operational or leadership roles, ideally within investment, consulting, or multi-site business contexts.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, able to clearly convey complex data to senior executives and partners.
• Excellent organizational abilities, adept at prioritizing multiple projects in a remote work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related discipline is required; advanced degrees such as an MBA are advantageous.
