Position Overview

The Regional Manager of Clinical Operations is a full-time, exempt position based in the Bay Area, reporting to the Director of Clinical Operations. This role requires regional on-site responsibilities with frequent travel to various Bay Area clinics.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight across multiple Bay Area JumpstartMD clinics by regularly visiting locations to offer hands-on coaching, support, and ensure accountability.
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Clinical Operations and Chief Medical Officer to align clinical and operational goals across assigned sites.
• Directly oversee Clinician Managers at each clinic, including coaching, performance management, and fostering their professional growth.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development of Clinician Managers in partnership with Human Resources.
• Take ownership of key performance indicators such as member retention, growth, satisfaction, product sales, and operational efficiency across the region.
• Ensure consistent staffing, scheduling, payroll management, and inventory control throughout all locations.
• Promote workflow standardization and encourage ongoing process improvements region-wide.
• Anticipate and address operational challenges proactively to preserve an excellent member experience.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in operations leadership with a preference for multi-site management experience.
• Demonstrated success in managing and developing managers rather than solely individual contributors.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly between multiple clinic locations in the Bay Area.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing KPIs to guide decision-making.
• Background in healthcare or wellness operations is highly desirable.
• Possession of clinical licensure such as Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) is required.
• Valid California driver's license and dependable vehicle are mandatory.
