Role Overview

The Regional Coffee Specialist position blends expertise in coffee with training, coaching, quality assurance, and operational support. Your role focuses on ensuring a consistently exceptional coffee experience across bakery teams while sharing your enthusiasm and knowledge with colleagues and customers alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training and coaching sessions for bakery teams to achieve superior coffee preparation standards.
• Develop and assist Head Baristas within the South region to enhance their skills and leadership.
• Maintain and ensure uniform coffee quality and consistency at all bakery locations.
• Adjust and service coffee machines and grinders to perfect espresso extraction.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
• Support adherence to food preparation hygiene and standards.
• Uphold high operational and cleanliness standards throughout bakeries.
• Assist management teams whenever needed.
• Foster a culture focused on ongoing improvement and excellence.
• Provide support to your home bakery's management and team members.

Required Skills and Qualities

• Passion for coffee and the specialty coffee culture.
• Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring team members.
• Strong communication and influential abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Technical proficiency in espresso extraction, grinder calibration, and coffee equipment maintenance.
• Customer-centered approach to service.
• Willingness to travel regionally and work across various bakery sites.
• Positive, energetic leadership style that motivates and inspires teams.
