Recruitment Consultant - Frankfurt (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process independently, from identifying suitable candidates through to successful placement.
• Develop and maintain a network of highly qualified professionals and executives as well as long-term relationships with client companies.
• Advise organizations on filling strategically important positions and create customized solutions tailored to their specific needs.
• Conduct market analysis to uncover new business opportunities within your specialized division.
• Collaborate closely with a dynamic team to achieve common successes and expand the business area.

Candidate Profile

• Completed university degree or equivalent qualification, preferably with a focus on business, finance, human resources, or related fields.
• Experience in recruitment or a specialized sector such as finance, IT, engineering, or sales and marketing is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, negotiation capabilities, and a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and candidates.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, goal orientation, and ability to take independent responsibility.
• Fluent German and good English language skills for international collaboration.
