About the Role

Global Professional Consultants (GPC) is a specialized recruitment agency based in Sandyford, South County Dublin, with over 25 years of experience serving clients across Ireland, the UK, and internationally. We are seeking an ambitious and confident Recruitment Consultant to join our energetic team. This position is great for individuals with backgrounds in recruitment, sales, or business development who seek responsibility for their own portfolio while leveraging our established brand and client network.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete recruitment process starting from receiving client briefs to successful placement of candidates.
• Maintain and expand strong relationships with existing clients while prospecting new business opportunities.
• Identify, interview, and manage candidates thoroughly throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Prepare detailed job specifications tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate closely with senior consultants and management to optimize recruitment and business results.

Qualifications and Skills

• A university degree is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in recruitment, sales, account management, or business development is essential.
• Strong commercial acumen paired with excellent relationship-building capabilities.
• Confident and effective communication skills with a proactive mindset.
• Highly ambitious, self-driven, and motivated by target achievement.
• Excellent organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
• Ability to work with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines and targets.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential, offering on-target earnings (OTE) between €40,000 and €60,000 plus.
