Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter who will primarily support the Robotics division by sourcing exceptional technical and operational talent across the United States, the Philippines, and international locations. This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers to build high-performing teams that propel our robotics initiatives and contribute to the company's growth. Additionally, you will assist with recruitment for other SaaS platform roles as business needs arise, offering a dynamic recruiting experience across various departments, geographies, and seniority levels in a fast-moving startup setting.

This position operates during U.S. business hours (Pacific Time), requiring coordination mainly with U.S.-based teams. Candidates should be comfortable working a schedule that overlaps with U.S. time zones, which typically means working overnight hours in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, efficiently resolving challenges to successfully close positions
Evaluate and analyze candidate resumes utilizing applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse and the Workstream Hiring App
Proactively source and engage talent via multiple channels including job boards and social media platforms
Devise and implement innovative sourcing strategies targeting priority open roles
Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments to determine qualifications, skills, and cultural fit within a startup environment
Handle recruitment for a range of departments including sales, customer support, finance, and technology
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, align expectations, and communicate status updates on candidate pipelines
Guarantee candidates experience a professional and positive recruitment journey from first contact through offer acceptance
Stay informed on current industry trends, market conditions, and competitor recruitment strategies to continually optimize approach
Track and report recruitment metrics to improve recruitment processes and outcomes
Partner with the recruiting team to enhance recruitment processes and contribute strategic insights

Candidate Profile

At least 2 years’ experience in international recruitment, adept at managing a wide variety of roles
Proficient in utilizing diverse recruitment tools and platforms to identify and attract candidates
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effectively presenting job opportunities and requirements
Strong interpersonal skills, capable of fostering relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams
Competent in assessing applicants' qualifications and cultural compatibility
Adaptable to shifting priorities and able to thrive within a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
Collaborative spirit and the ability to work well within diverse teams
Upholds high ethical and professional standards, adhering to all relevant legal regulations

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience recruiting within robotics companies
Background working in startup environments

Schedule

The role requires working Pacific Standard or Pacific Daylight Time business hours to maintain synergy with U.S. teams, necessitating a work schedule that often coincides with overnight hours in the Philippines.
