Role Overview
The full-time Recruiter position, based on-site in Indore, involves overseeing the comprehensive hiring process. Responsibilities encompass sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, and coordinating the final recruitment stage with hiring managers. The role includes maintaining talent pipelines, posting vacancies, engaging candidates professionally, and ensuring compliance with internal and governmental recruitment standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing and resume evaluation.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for final selection.
- Build and maintain an effective talent pipeline and job postings.
- Engage proactively with candidates to uphold a professional recruitment experience.
- Collaborate with departments to understand manpower requirements and assist in workforce planning.
- Ensure recruitment processes align with relevant government policies and labor laws.
- Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and generate related reports.
- Participate in improving recruitment procedures continuously.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in public sector or large organizations.
- Competence in sourcing candidates, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and facilitating selections.
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop stakeholder relationships and communicate efficiently.
- Familiarity with HR standards, hiring workflows, and applicable labor legislation or governmental regulations.
- Proficiency using applicant tracking systems, job portals, and standard office software.
- Excellent organizational abilities with keen attention to managing multiple roles concurrently.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site at Indore and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
