Ever Staffing Services Pvt. Ltd., located in Bhopal, is currently seeking a Recruiter Executive to enhance their hiring operations, particularly for delivery boy positions. This opportunity is ideal for dynamic individuals with fresh or previous recruitment experience.

Job Responsibilities

The role primarily involves telecalling to support recruitment processes. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication in both Hindi and English, and exhibit empathy to engage effectively with prospective recruits.

Requirements and Eligibility

• Must be able to communicate fluently in Hindi and English.
• Open to freshers and experienced candidates alike.
• Minimum educational qualification is completion of 12th grade or graduation.
• Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a monthly salary range of 9000 to 12000 INR, supplemented by incentives based on performance. A one-month training program is included to equip the candidates with necessary skills.

Working Hours and Location

The working schedule is from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, stationed at the company office. Remote working options are not available.
