Position Summary

The Recruiter will oversee the end-to-end hiring process by sourcing, assessing, and securing qualified candidates while facilitating onboarding. This role partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, conduct candidate screening and interviews, and manage the candidate experience. Additionally, the recruiter maintains talent pipelines, manages recruitment platforms, and collaborates closely with the HR department to align recruitment strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with company stakeholders to understand job responsibilities and candidate qualifications for vacancies.
  • Analyze market data to stay informed about competitive salaries, candidate availability, and industry demand.
  • Oversee agreements with external recruiting agencies ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Work with legal teams to negotiate recruitment contracts and terms.
  • Screen and select suitable candidates, coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
  • Design and implement comprehensive recruitment processes.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to prepare detailed, accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Utilize efficient recruitment methods tailored to role requirements and industry standards.
  • Manage job postings and advertising processes effectively.
  • Arrange and facilitate interviews, prepare relevant hiring documentation and questions.
  • Support hiring managers and HR in the interview and selection processes.
  • Follow up post-interview to gather feedback and make placement decisions.
  • Coordinate offer processes, including start date negotiations and candidate communications.
  • Organize logistics such as location, travel, or accommodations for interviews when required.
  • Maintain compliance with equal employment opportunity laws and related regulations.
  • Stay current on recruitment laws, industry practices, and trends.
  • Participate in job fairs and talent acquisition events.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify talent using multi-channel recruitment strategies.
  • Capability to interpret and negotiate recruitment-related contracts and service agreements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of EEO, ADA, and other relevant employment legislation and guidelines.
  • Exceptional organizational attention to detail.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and managing resume databases.
  • Sound judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry/processing.
  • Ability to independently develop and implement sourcing strategies for diverse roles.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with legal and best practice standards in recruitment and hiring processes.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in talent acquisition.
  • Experience in human resources or a related function required.
  • SHRM-CP certification preferred; SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty credential is an advantage.

Additional Information

  • Salary Range: $80,000 to $85,000 annually plus a 10% quarterly bonus.
  • Schedule: Hybrid work model with two remote days and three in-office days weekly, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Location: 5340 Legacy Drive, Plano, Texas.
