Receptionist / Front Desk Executive

About the Role

RIIMS Hospitals is seeking a professional and courteous Receptionist / Front Desk Executive to join their team at Baraut, Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh. The selected candidate will be responsible for welcoming patients and visitors, managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and coordinating daily reception activities within the hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally.
• Answer incoming phone calls and connect them to appropriate departments or personnel.
• Manage bookings and maintain schedules for patient appointments and doctor consultations.
• Handle basic inquiries of walk-in patients efficiently.
• Update patient records and perform entries in the basic hospital information system.
• Respond promptly to phone and WhatsApp inquiries and ensure follow-up as needed.
• Coordinate with billing and support teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organized appearance of the reception area.
• Prepare and share daily reports on inquiries and appointments with the senior management team.

Candidate Requirements

• Effective communication skills, particularly strong proficiency in Hindi; basic understanding of English is advantageous.
• Fundamental computer skills, especially familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets, will be beneficial.
• Prior experience in phone handling and patient interaction is preferred.
• Must possess a polite, disciplined, and presentable demeanor.
• Experience in healthcare, clinics, or hospitals is desirable but not mandatory.
• Educational qualification of at least 12th pass; graduates are welcome to apply.
• Female candidates are preferred; both freshers and experienced professionals between 18 and 35 years can apply.

Salary and Work Details

The monthly salary ranges from ₹12,000 to ₹18,000, contingent upon experience and performance during the interview. This is a full-time position with day shift hours; exact timings will be finalized during the interview process.
