Job Overview
Golden Realtors in Pune, Maharashtra is urgently seeking motivated male or female candidates for the position of Real Estate Sales Executive. A valid two-wheeler is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain connections with potential clients interested in real estate purchases.
- Organize and conduct property site visits while providing detailed information to prospective buyers.
- Negotiate sale agreements and contracts to secure optimal terms benefiting clients.
- Promote listed properties across diverse marketing platforms to attract buyer interest.
- Keep abreast of current real estate market developments and competitors' options.
- Work closely with legal, financial, and other internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processes.
- Compile, analyze, and present sales data, forecasts, and performance results regularly.
- Deliver outstanding client service by answering inquiries promptly and efficiently.
